  • Accepting gift card sell requests from users who wish to exchange their unused cards for cash
  • Processing orders and facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers

We act as an intermediary marketplace. Gift Card Super Store verifies the balance and validity of gift cards to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that every card will function perfectly in every circumstance after purchase.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

5. Purchasing Gift Cards

When you purchase a gift card through our Site, you agree to the following:

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of gift cards, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a verifiable issue with the card balance.
  • Gift card details (such as card numbers and PINs) will be delivered to you electronically. It is your responsibility to redeem and use the card promptly.
  • Prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to verify card balances before listing, but we cannot guarantee the balance at the time of your redemption if there is a significant delay between purchase and use.

If you experience an issue with a purchased gift card (e.g., the balance is less than stated), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.

6. Selling Gift Cards

If you wish to sell a gift card through our platform, you agree to the following:

  • You must be the rightful owner of the gift card or authorized to sell it
  • The card must have a valid, verifiable balance
  • You must provide accurate information about the card type, balance, and condition
  • Gift cards obtained through fraud, theft, or other illegal means are strictly prohibited
  • We reserve the right to reject any sell request at our sole discretion

Payout amounts are determined based on the card brand, balance, and current market conditions. Payout rates and timing are detailed in our Payout Policy. By submitting a sell request, you agree to the payout terms offered.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Submit fraudulent sell requests or attempt to sell stolen or invalid gift cards
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Site
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use the Site to launder money or for any other financial crime

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gift Card Super Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names and logos of gift card issuers (such as Amazon, Apple, Nike, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIFT CARD SUPER STORE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gift Card Super Store and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Payout Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gift Card Super Store regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
